Use My Notes on the Timesheet header to keep journal entries and review supervision notes. Your My Dashboard → Activity view also provides an AI-generated summary of your logged hours.

My Notes

Open My Notes, then choose one of its two tabs:
  • Journals — create and manage your journal entries.
  • Supervision Notes — review supervision notes shared with you by your supervisor.
My Notes modal with red arrows pointing to New Entry and the Supervision Notes tab

Start a journal with New Entry, or switch to Supervision Notes to review notes from your supervisor.

Create a journal entry

1

Start an entry

In Journals, select New Entry. If you have no entries yet, you can also select Create Your First Entry.
2

Write your reflection

Add an optional title, check Entry Date, and fill in the required Content field.
3

Choose visibility and save

Scroll to Visibility, choose who can see the entry, and select Create Entry. Existing entries can be opened for editing.
The visibility options are: Check visibility before saving, especially when your entry contains personal reflections or supervision details.

Review supervision notes

Select Supervision Notes to read notes submitted by your supervisor. If the tab says No supervision notes yet, your supervisor has not shared any notes here. This tab is separate from the journals you create yourself.

Finding tasks and reminders

The current FieldX header does not show Todos. Open Cohorts to find your assigned forms and reports. My Notes is for journal entries and supervision notes; it does not create reminders.

Todos in older interfaces

If your deployment still shows a Todos button, open it to manage reminders. The tool has Create Task, Assigned to Me, Assigned by Me, and History tabs. The header badge shows open todos assigned to you. Use Create Task to enter a task title, select its assignee, and add the available scheduling details. You can make a personal reminder or assign a reminder to someone in the available list. Creating a reminder for someone else sends them a task, so review the recipient before submitting. A reminder is separate from a formal assignment. Complete your program’s forms and reports from Cohorts, even if you also track their deadlines in a reminder tool.

Clearance Tasks shortcut

The Clearance Tasks button in the header gives you one-click access to your clearance status — useful even after approval if you need to upload a renewed insurance form or update a supervisor.

AI activity summary

Your My Dashboard tab has an AI-generated activity summary that reflects on your recent hours, supervision patterns, and learning trajectory. See My Dashboard for the full breakdown. The summary generates when you open Activity with logged hours in the selected scope. Click Refresh to regenerate it any time. It’s a useful prompt for end-of-term reflections, supervision check-ins, or your own self-assessment.
