Faculty Overview showing progress cards and a student table, with red arrows pointing to More filters and Tasks

Use More filters to narrow the roster, or a student's Tasks button to review their action items.

Overview cards

The three cards summarize your roster: Use the term selector to review the relevant placement period. When the program has no active term, pace and completion cards show a dash because there is no term to measure against.

Find a student

The table puts students with the most pending tasks first. Each row shows the student’s placement and hour progress, application status, and task count.
  • Search by name or email also matches tracks, terms, and cohort names.
  • Use the filters above the table to focus on a cohort, track, or term.
  • More filters includes placement status, application status, hours, and activity filters.
  • Open a student’s detail view to review their Overview, Documents, Insights, Timesheet, Sites, and reports.
  • Click a student’s Tasks count to open their action items.

Review cohort tasks

Select Cohorts, open a cohort, and choose My Tasks. Use the status tabs to find the work you need: Reports open in a dialog. Assigned forms open in a separate browser tab. For signing instructions, see Signing Off on Hours.

Forms assigned to you by email

If a form was sent to you as an external signer, Overview can show a Review & sign prompt or a forms to sign button. Open it to see those assignments. These forms may appear separately from your cohort action items.

Review sites

Select Sites to review student placements and the program’s site catalog.

Common issues

A student is missing. Clear your search and filters, confirm the selected term, and check that the student belongs to the cohort you joined. Ask your Program Admin to confirm the enrollment if the student is still missing. A task is missing. Check the other status tabs and the student’s task list. For an externally assigned form, also check the signature prompt on Overview and the invitation email. Sign & Approve is disabled. Open the report and click View Logs. A report with zero hours in its date range cannot be signed. Ask the student to check the dates, site, supervisor, and hour entries, then refresh the report. I need to understand an amber hour entry. Programs can flag long entries for review. The default threshold is 2 hours or more, and your program can change or disable it. Read the notice above the logs and confirm any unexpected duration with the student. I denied a report by mistake. Contact your Program Admin to arrange the report’s resubmission.
