Open Run Report on your FieldX dashboard to review student progress and export program data. Search by report name or the question you want to answer, or browse the report categories.

Hours

Hours Summary combines the former Weekly Activity Ledger, Multi-Week Hours Progress, and Hours Summary Snapshot. Hours Log replaces Complete Hours Entry Log. You can search the catalog using a former name.

Supervision and requirements

For Requirement Check, select an existing requirement set. Use Manage requirement sets in the catalog when you need to configure one first.

Your program may also show specialized reports, such as BBS Weekly Log and Practicum Certification Summary, when the corresponding configuration is enabled. The catalog shows the reports available to your role and program.

Configure and run a report

  1. Click Preview on a catalog card to read what the report includes, or Run report to configure it.
  2. Choose the Population when available: terms, cohorts, sites, supervisors, or individual students.
  3. Set the reporting Period and any Experience type or Approval status filters.
  4. Review the report-specific options, such as Break down by, supervision thresholds, or a requirement set.
  5. Choose an Output format. Most tabular reports support Excel, CSV, and PDF; individual reports may offer fewer formats.
  6. Click Preview first 200 rows to inspect a sample, or generate the full file using the main action.
The preview is a sample. Use Generate full with the selected format to download the complete result. Large reports can run in the background and appear under Recent reports when ready. Some reports, including Hours Trend Chart and Form Export, have their own configuration screen and result view. Follow the options shown for that report.

Save settings for next time

In the shared configuration screen, click Save this configuration, enter a name, and save it. Saved configurations appear in the report catalog so you can run the same selection again. Recent reports also lets you download or rerun previous jobs.

Ask AI for reports

You can also ask Ask AI to run a report by name, summarize a table, build a chart, or prepare a custom Word report. Include the term, cohort, date range, and output format in your request. For a report your program needs that is not covered here, contact tiko@simcare.ai with the required data and format.
