FieldX makes it easy to visualize student progress and export data through the Run Report tab on your main dashboard.

Running a report
- Open the Run Report tab
- Click Preview on any report to see a description and required configuration
- Click Run to open the configuration modal — set the date range, student/cohort scope, and any report-specific filters
- The preview modal renders the result; download as PDF or CSV depending on the report
Some reports require additional setup before they’re available — those show a Coming Soon modal explaining what’s needed.
Reports that support multiple scopes (like HRS-06) let you pick Individual, Cohort, or Term in the configuration modal. Cohort and term runs list each student’s assignments separately in one PDF.

Ask AI for reports
The new Ask AI tab can also generate ad-hoc reports — describe what you want in plain English and it will pull the data, render a table, and export to CSV or Google Drive. It’s the fastest way to answer one-off compliance questions without leaving the dashboard.
