What is Meet? - SimCare

Meet lets you schedule and record supervision sessions right inside FieldX. It works a lot like a video conferencing tool you may already know, but it’s built for clinical training: every session is HIPAA-compliant, and recordings stay stored on your FieldX account.

Where to find it

From FieldX, click the Meet button to open the Supervision Room. This is your hub for scheduling, recording, and reviewing meetings.

Meet turns on per account. If you don’t see a Meet button, check with your Program Admin.

The three tabs

The Supervision Room is organized into three tabs:

Tab	What it’s for
Scheduled	Meetings you’ve scheduled, or meetings someone else has invited you to
Past sessions	Recordings of meetings you’ve finished, plus any you’ve uploaded yourself
Shared with you	Sessions other people on the platform have shared with you

What you can do with Meet

Schedule a meeting ahead of time, or start one instantly
Turn on an AI note taker that transcribes and summarizes your session
Invite participants by link, room code, or email
Review past sessions, including transcripts, AI summaries, and AI feedback
Share a recording, add supporting documents, or leave comments
Upload a session you recorded outside of Meet
