Program Courses lists every class in the programs you administer, not just the ones you teach. The Owner column shows who is running each course.
Open it from Courses in the top navigation, then click Program Courses (/classes?tab=program-courses).
This tab only appears if you have program-admin or teacher-admin access in an LMS program. Regular instructors will not see it. Deep links to ?tab=program-courses fall back to My Courses without that role.
This tab is oversight of live classes. To build reusable course templates (modules, cases, quizzes) that aren’t tied to one instructor’s roster, use Curriculum builder.
Browsing
Courses appear in a table with Course, Owner, Students, Assignments, Created, and action columns. Use the owner filter to narrow the list.
Use Search by course or owner… to filter by course name, description, or instructor. If your program has a very large catalog, SimCare may show only the most recent courses until you refine the search.
Available courses depend on the programs you administer.
Opening a course you don’t own
Click View on a course row to open that class. If you are not the owner, the class opens in a read-only oversight view: you can see roster, assignments, and progress, but you cannot invite students, change roles, or edit assignments.
If you are the owner, you get the same full access as from My Courses.
Back returns you to Program Courses, not My Courses.
Managing a course from this tab
On courses you’re allowed to manage, the course action menu supports Edit class (rename / description) and delete. Duplicate and Canvas export are on My Courses, for classes in your own list.
To give an instructor a copy of a course they can teach, have them duplicate from My Courses (if they own it) or clone a template from the Course catalog.
