# Uploading a Recorded Session

> Add a session you recorded outside of Meet, like on your phone, to your Past Sessions.

Sometimes a session isn't recorded through Meet itself — maybe it was recorded on someone's phone, or the meeting didn't happen through the FieldX app at all. You can still get that recording into FieldX.

## Uploading a session

Click **Upload Session** at the top of the Supervision Room and add the recording. Once it's uploaded, it appears under **Past sessions** just like any meeting recorded natively through Meet.
